Can Sumoi is the latest project by Pepe Raventós, dedicated to crafting still wines previously produced under the banner of Raventós i Blanc. Here, they focus on creating natural wines from high-altitude vineyards with minimal intervention in the winemaking and viticulture processes. This is the only red in the collection, made from Garnacha and Sumoll, without any added sulphites.
