Predominantly made from Xarel·lo, the blend follows traditional methods, complemented by Macabeo and Parellada. It boasts a minimum aging period of 48 months, which gives this cava its distinctive character. Elegant and structured, it offers a long finish, showcasing finesse and extraordinary elegance, balanced fruitiness, and impressive persistence.
