Grappa produced from carefully selected fresh pomace of Moscato Giallo, a highly aromatic grape variety grown in Trentino. The very fresh pomace, destemmed and still moist from the must, is fermented in special containers for approximately 8-10 days. It is then slowly distilled to completely safeguard the primary aromas of the Moscato grape, using the traditional bain-marie method in a discontinuous steam still, typical of Trentino.
The grappa is crafted with an alcohol content of around 70° and is aged for about 8 months. For bottling, it is diluted with spring water to achieve a final strength of 42% vol. Our Moscato Grappa is a spirit with an intensely aromatic bouquet reminiscent of the grape’s origins, featuring notes of rose petals, citrus, and ripe fruit. The aroma is elegant and intense, with a pleasant and lingering aromatic aftertaste.
The recommended serving temperature is between 12°C and 14°C.
