The distinctive shape and thermal variations created by the differing heights facilitate a circular flow, aiding the interaction with the lees. Furthermore, this method allows for reduced amounts of sulphur dioxide, providing better protection for the wine and enabling extended maturation without oxidation. The Cuvée Especial emerges as a wine of remarkable complexity, boasting an impressive smoothness, a velvety texture that adds elegance, and an unexplored minerality previously unseen in Verdejos.
