This Chablis 1er Cru Vosgros is crafted by the Ellevin family, renowned "vignerons indépendants" in the Chablis region. They cultivate 16 hectares of vineyard planted exclusively with Chardonnay. The wine, aged for nearly a year in tanks, displays intense aromas of white flowers. On the palate, it is fruity and medium-bodied, with a delightful final acidity. It will reach its peak in seven to eight years.
