Brut de Bruts Gran Reserva is an extraordinary cava, boasting over 96 months of ageing in rima, crafted from Macabeo and Xarel·lo wines, the latter of which is fermented in oak. Manual disgorgement is performed without freezing the neck of the bottle. It is advisable to open the bottle well in advance of consumption to allow the wine to aerate while kept in the ice bucket. This cava is elegant and delicate, with beautifully integrated bubbles. Available in a gift box edition.
