Wine produced in the Castelli Romani area, located in the Lazio region, by Umberto Natarnicola at his agricultural estate l’Olivella, in collaboration with the Piedmontese winemaker Bruno Violo. The estate, which employs organic farming practices, is the exclusive source of grapes for the wines produced here. This white wine is crafted from a blend of varieties including Malvasia, Bellone, and Grechetto, which thrive in volcanic soils.
