This Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin is crafted by the Ellevin family, esteemed independent vignerons in the Chablis region. They cultivate 16 hectares of vineyard, exclusively planted with Chardonnay. The wine, matured for nearly a year in tanks, is both intense and floral, while also showcasing a mineral backbone that adds depth. It will improve with age, reaching its peak in seven to eight years.
