Royal Brackla from Vintage Malt Whisky Company is known as a "single cask malt," meaning it is sourced from a single barrel, in this case, a reused port cask. This makes it a limited release, with a total of 360 numbered bottles available. The bottling has been conducted by VMW, recognised as the best “Independent Bottler” of 2016. It is bottled at 55.5% without any filtering or added flavour enhancers, which defines it as "cask strength." This whisky presents a dry palate, medium body, and a remarkably smooth mouthfeel. It offers delicate aromas, and it is recommended to add approximately 2 cl of water for every 5 cl of whisky to enhance the tasting experience.
