The Domaine Vaudoisay-Creusefond Pommard spans 9 hectares across various areas of the Côte de Beaune, specifically in Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay, and Pommard. This Pommard is crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir, fermented in wooden vats for 15 days before maturing in oak barrels for a period of 15 to 18 months. With a very limited production of approximately 2,400 bottles, it offers a refined yet powerful palate that can be aged in bottle for 5 to 10 years.
