Domaine Vaudoisay-Creusefond Pommard Les Charmots Premier is sourced from a single parcel of 0.58 hectares, owned by the Vaudoisay family, who also cultivate 9 hectares across various areas of the Côte de Beaune, notably Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay, and Pommard. This Pommard is meticulously crafted using only Pinot Noir, undergoing fermentation in wooden vats for 15 days, followed by a maturation period in oak barrels lasting between 15 to 18 months. With a limited production of approximately 2,400 bottles, this wine is both subtle and intense on the palate, and it can be cellared for 8 to 14 years.
