Langhe Rosso from Giribaldi is a blend of four varieties, all sourced from organically cultivated vineyards. It undergoes vinification in stainless steel, followed by a maturation period of twenty-three months in small oak barrels. The wine is then rested in stainless steel until bottling. This wine is long, intense, and tannic, presenting a delightful combination of balsamic and fruity flavours. With limited production, it is crafted entirely on the family estate.
