Trufes Negres is a wine crafted from two types of Garnacha, Tinta and Peluda, alongside a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from organically cultivated vineyards. Its name is derived from the vineyard it originates from. The wine undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a maturation period in oak for three months for part of the blend. Intense and fruity, it is a luscious and easy-drinking wine where the oak lends a supportive role.
