Giribaldi Nebbiolo d'Alba is crafted exclusively from the Nebbiolo grape variety sourced from a 1.68-hectare biodynamic vineyard. The must undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once the wine is produced, it rests for four months in the fermentation vessels before maturing in barrels of 225 and 500 litres for the optimal duration determined for each vintage. This wine is exceptionally balanced and boasts extraordinary finesse.
