Barolo DOCG Giribaldi is crafted exclusively from the Nebbiolo varietal, sourced from three distinct types of organic cultivation on the family estate. The must undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once produced, the wine rests for four months in the fermentation vessels before maturing for two years in French oak barrels. It is an intense wine, characterised by ample fruit, and will undergo remarkable evolution in the bottle over the years. Enjoy now or cellar for up to five to six years.
