Cuvée Pierres de Moulin 2023 Rosé comes from Domaine de la Fouquette, a family-owned winery now in its third generation, located in Mayons, in the heart of Provence, less than 40 km from the Mediterranean coast. The producers are focused on their own biodynamically farmed vineyard and are certified organic, registered as 'Vignerons Independents'. This wine, which has consistently received awards at various competitions, stands out for its simplicity and elegance. Falling under the Côtes de Provence designation, within the Notre Dame des Anges subzone, it is made using the traditional bleeding method from Garnacha, Syrah, and Cinsault (Samsó). With a pale pink hue, it is characterised by its freshness and a full bouquet of aromas.
