Sermiers 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs is the latest offering from the François Secondé estate. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay sourced from six parcels located in the Sermiers area on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, the vineyards boast an average age of 20 years. Produced using the traditional method, this exquisite wine is a blend of wines from the 2018 and 2019 vintages and has undergone 18 months of ageing. Some of the wines have been matured in wooden casks. Limited production of just 1,000 bottles.
