Cottas Field Blend 2017 is a wine that, as its name suggests, is crafted without specific selection of varietals. In the Douro region, it is common to have plots planted with various types of grapes, and in this case, the decision was made to create the wine using the blend from the vineyard itself. Fermented in stainless steel, it rests in the same tanks before being bottled after undergoing malolactic fermentation. This wine is fresh and approachable, truly delightful.
