Milmanda was part of a medieval castle route that sheltered Christians during the Reconquista. With the arrival of the 12th century, peace returned to these lands, allowing for the resumption of vine cultivation. At the foot of this castle, the Torres family currently cultivates the Chardonnay variety. This estate wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels.
