Ramón do Casar is a white wine crafted from three indigenous varieties from Galicia: Treixadura, Albariño, and Godello, with Treixadura being the most emblematic and characteristic grape of the Orensana region of O Ribeiro. The great appreciation for this grape variety stems from its medium acidity and excellent ripeness, imparting a remarkable personality to the wine. Additionally, Treixadura boasts an excellent structure which lends the wines a notable persistence on the palate. Meanwhile, the Albariño variety contributes high aromatic intensity and a slight touch of acidity, while Godello adds a signature creaminess, balance, and roundness to the blend.
