This wine is produced at Fattoria di Rodano, a property owned by the Pozzesi family since 1958. Today, Enrico, the third generation, is at the helm of the winery. This wine is a Chianti Classico crafted primarily from the Sangiovese grape and aged in Slovenian oak for 18 months, with the majority in large wooden vats and only 20% in 225-litre barrels. As a result, this is a wine where the fruit will take precedence over the wood.
