Villa Spinosa Amarone Valpolicella Classico is a relatively young Amarone crafted from the Corvina Veronese and Corvinone varieties, along with a small proportion of Rondinella that has been dried for three to four months, resulting in a loss of up to 30% of its initial weight. Following fermentation in tank, the wine matures in 500-litre French oak barrels for 12 months, and then in large Slovenian oak casks of 25 Hl. for an additional 12 months. This wine is structured, exhibiting delicate tannins that promise excellent ageing potential of up to fifteen years. Production is limited to just 2,000 bottles. Amarone wines are the true jewels of Valpolicella.
