Joaquín Rebolledo's top white wine is crafted from Godello grapes sourced from a single vineyard of less than one hectare. The wine undergoes six months of ageing in contact with the lees, followed by an additional six months resting in the bottle. It evokes stone fruits such as apricot and peach, accompanied by citrus notes set against a subtly toasted, creamy backdrop. This is an intense and remarkably complex wine.
