Don Papa is a molasses rum produced on the island of Negros Occidental in the Philippines, just at the foot of the Kanlaón volcano. Aged for 7 years in barrels that have previously held Bourbon, it offers a unique take on rum. The initial taste is very smooth and pleasant, with a slight fruitiness balanced by a surprising sweet note that invites you to keep sipping. Ideal for enjoying neat or with one or two ice cubes.
