Texturas de Pedra takes its name from the vineyard of origin, Viña Más Alta, located at the summit of Cerro del Serral, where the soils exhibit a rocky texture. The geology of these plots forces the roots of the vines to penetrate much deeper layers in search of water, resulting in grapes that contribute to the production of more concentrated wines with greater structure. Cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture, this vineyard features spontaneous cover crops that enhance biodiversity, fertility, and life within the soil. The total production is 8,777 bottles.
