El Celler de Can Ráfols dels Caus produces one of the great benchmark whites of Penedès. Made from the Incroccio Manzoni variety and aged for several months in French oak, this wine presents a fresh and compelling nose, revealing aromas of jasmine, lemon verbena, lemon zest, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is creamy and exceptionally long-lasting, featuring notes of tangy honey, orange peel, peach stone, and a subtle almond background. It is recommended to open the bottle half an hour prior to serving, and it should not be served too cold.
