Grapes sourced from the Cal Cassanyes estate, a single vineyard located 150 metres above sea level. The soils are predominantly clay-loam, with some sandy-loam, poor, and calcareous characteristics. The fermentation process is conducted at low temperatures to retain the varietal aromas. A careful blend has been crafted to achieve a fresh and balanced product. It undergoes a minimum ageing of 12 months in the bottle and is clarified on pupitre.
