The Domaine Vaudoisay-Creusefond Auxey-Duresses Clima du Val Premier Cru comes from a 0.64 hectare plot that the Vaudoisay family cultivates using sustainable viticulture in this Burgundy appellation, which spans just 27 hectares. In accordance with tradition, the wine undergoes fermentation in wooden vats for 15 days, partially destemmed, with daily pump overs. It is then aged in wood for 15 months. Elegant and delicate on the palate, it can be cellared for seven to ten years. Production is limited to just 2,850 bottles.
