Château Gruaud Larose is a Deuxième Cru Classé from Bordeaux, located in the Saint Julien area, majestically spread across 86 hectares of vineyards, with an average vine age nearing fifty years. Predominantly crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine matures in oak barrels, mostly new, for a period of 18 to 24 months. The wine, produced by the renowned winemaker Eric Boissenot, embodies the family philosophy that has been upheld since the 18th century. Currently, the estate is owned by Jean Merlaut. It is an intense, fine, and delicate wine, a worthy representative of its prestigious classification.
