El Veguin de Murua Gran Reserva is the emblem of this winery situated in the village of Elciego in Álava, within the Rioja Alavesa region. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in large 18,000-litre oak vats, resting on its lees, before maturing in 225-litre barrels for 25 months. It later completes its development in the bottle before being released to the market. This exceptional wine captivates with its harmonious blend of primary aromas from the grapes and the tertiary notes developed during its ageing process.
