La Cooperativa de Capçanes was the first in Spain to allocate part of its production to the crafting of Kosher wine, successfully establishing this market segment thanks to recognition from the Jewish community, who regard it as the finest wine produced outside Israel. Kosher is the Hebrew term meaning 'pure'. The certification for the wine is only granted when its production is overseen by a qualified individual of the Jewish faith. We are presented with a truly complex wine, boasting aromas of ripe fruit, underlying mineral notes, and delicately integrated hints of oak. It possesses a distinctly elegant character, full-bodied, exceptionally balanced, and displaying excellent acidity.
