From the vineyard 'El Cirerer', we present one of the finest Xarellos from Penedés. This indigenous variety thrives in the stony, dry, and poor soils of Garraf. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in chestnut barrels. This Xarello originates from vines over 60 years old, with each plant exhibiting a unique character. The result is a wine with toasted nuances, dried herbs, and balsamic notes, complemented by white and citrus fruit with a hint of anise on the finish. A well-balanced acidity, freshness, and abundant fruit lend to a long and pleasing aftertaste.
