Magnum, why not?

How many bottles will we drink at this dinner, two, one? If you need to open two, why not go for a magnum? Its appearance, magnanimous, elevates the moment and, possibly, the wine may have evolved better in this large format bottle if many years have passed. In theory, the oxidation process in a magnum bottle is slower than in a normal bottle, as the ratio between oxygen and liquid is slightly lower. But this is a sophisticated nuance. So, why not try it in grand style.
