Maestro Sierra has only recently begun to market its own brand, having previously supplied Lustau for its Almacenista collection. This quality Fino, fortified with wine alcohol to 15º, has been aged for four years using the traditional solera method. It presents a pale gold, clear, and bright appearance. The aroma is sharp and fruity, with notes of almonds and a hint of the sea. On the palate, it is balanced, dry, and velvety, with low acidity and a long, persistent finish.
