A part of Priorat is a close-knit family. In this case, Adrià Pérez, son of Priorat pioneer JL Pérez, and his cousin Marc, have crafted a multi-varietal blend in the facilities of Cims de Porrera, aiming to preserve the fruit above all else by maturing it for twelve months in 7,000-litre vats. They have succeeded in creating a fruity wine that is both easy-drinking and attractively priced.
