Finca Las Comas de José Pariente is the most unique wine to emerge from this highly regarded winery in Rueda. This wine is crafted from a single 2.4-hectare plot planted in 1910 and is only produced in exceptional years. It ferments and matures on its own lees in 250-litre oak fudres for 12 months. The result is an elegant, silky, and delicate wine, of which only 2,980 bottles have been produced.
