Galician Orujo made from Albariño, traditionally distilled over a direct flame with an infusion maceration of seeds and dried herbs. It boasts a lovely intensity of both sweet and bitter chamomile on the nose, complemented by hints of anise and coriander which lend it a fresher and more jovial character. In the glass, it is very expressive. On the palate, it offers a smooth entry with a very subtle sweet note and a bitter finish, showcasing elegance throughout. The flavour rises boldly and decisively on the retro-nasal, leaving a delightful, persistent, and lasting finish that makes it an excellent digestif.
