Brandy de solera originating from Jerez, it enjoys significant popularity in Spain. Just as with its Jerez wine, González Byass employs the Solera system for its brandy. Matured in American oak barrels, after each bottling, new spirit is added to the barrels to ensure they are always full. This system has been in place for 150 years, meaning that a few drops of the original distillation are present in every bottle.
The brandy boasts an amber hue with glimmers of gold. It is sweet, smooth, and full-bodied, with a fragrant aroma featuring hints of oak intermingled with walnuts.
