Nestled between the fortified city of Montblanc and the Monastery of Poblet, both iconic landmarks in the history of Catalonia, this winery boasts a rich and balanced terroir that is ideally suited for vine cultivation. The spirit of the winery harmoniously blends its commitment to preserving the history and traditions of the area with the latest innovations and knowledge in viticulture and oenology, allowing for the creation of high-quality products that reflect the unique character of this land. By reviving a historical variety from the Conca de Barberà region, such as trepat, and producing it organically, we present a complex and special wine. It features notes of black pepper and is pleasantly spiced with hints of various aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, rock tea, etc.). On the palate, it offers good acidity and balance. Although it is potent, it remains fresh, conveying mineral freshness, balsamic sensations, and a long persistence.
