This cava is crafted from a blend of Parellada, Macabeo, and Chardonnay. After being vinified separately, it has matured for six months in oak barrels before being bottled for the second fermentation. Delicate and aromatic, it showcases the predominant Parellada variety cultivated in the Conca de Barberà, which benefits from the altitude of the vineyards, resulting in unique characteristics. The integration of oak is impeccable, following a resting period of 36 months in rima.
