Santa Rosa is one of the flagship wines of the Enrique Mendoza winery. This dense and structured wine, built around Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented with Merlot and Shiraz, is designed for ageing. Our experience confirms that a few years in the bottle enhance its character, mellowing the effects of the 17 months spent in new oak barrels. With a profile that is both balsamic and mineral, it has a significant presence on the palate. Round and elegant, this is a superb Mediterranean wine.
