Crafted primarily from Syrah sourced from various regions, mainly Barossa Valley, this wine is defined by its one-year maturation in American oak barrels that are over one year old. As a result, it exhibits minimal oak influence and a predominance of fruit, making it smooth on the palate despite its intensity.
