A wine crafted by Christopher Cannan, a renowned wine merchant in Bordeaux, who acquired this estate in Gratallops in the early nineties. With the expertise of Alain Graillot, a respected producer from Côtes du Rhône, he has successfully created a product that marries the character of Priorat with an international flair. Notable features include vinification in 500-litre oak barrels and a dual ageing process: first in new barrels for 13 months, followed by an additional 12 months in second-year barrels.
