Harvesting is carried out according to the ripeness of each variety: first Muscat de Frontignan, followed by Gewürztraminer, then Muscat de Alejandría, and finally Sauvignon Blanc. Each variety is vinified separately. The result is an aromatic explosion. It’s reminiscent of a spring stroll, evoking the freshness of pure air, a bouquet of white flowers (roses and jasmine), orange blossom, and apricot, all enveloped in a sweet and refreshing atmosphere, with a subtle mineral glow and hints of herbal infusions alongside a citrus breeze. On the palate, it embraces you with its sweet character, freshness, and acidity, offering a soft, smooth, and flexible texture. The finish is long and lush, lingering with notes of white flowers and citrus peel.
